Returns policy

We hope that you love your purchase but in the event that it’s not quite right we provide a free and easy returns service.  From receipt, you have 28 days to return any item. Just fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and choose which returns method below suits you best:

  • By post: apply the free Royal Mail postage label provided to the outside of your parcel, and drop your parcel off at the post office.   Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage. Please note the goods being sent back are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. If you do choose to post the item back yourself, without our pre-printed returns label, please use the following address: Atterley Road, C/O Clipper Logistics, Etheridge Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BB
  • By collection: you can arrange a free collection through our courier provider, DHL.  Simply contact DHL customer services on 0844 248 0844 and quote our account number 186208300 to book in a collection time at your convenience

It can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return. Once we receive it, we will endeavour to refund you within 24 hours.  Any refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.  We will send you an email confirming the refund as soon as it has been processed.

 

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition with original swing tags intact. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

 

Exchanges: Should the item you purchase be the wrong size, we offer a free exchange service. On your returns form there is a section marked exchanges. Please fill in the details here of the item you wish to exchange and what new size you would like. Currently we are only able to offer a direct exchange for the same product. Once our warehouse has received your item back they will endeavour to send out your new size within 24 hours. In the event that your requested size is no longer available, a refund will automatically be credited to your bank account. 

 

Please note that if you make a purchase that qualifies for a discount and you wish to return the item, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If you make a number of purchases and return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s). Please note that for hygiene reasons all earrings are non-returnable.

 

International customers
We hope that you love your purchase but in the event that it’s not quite right you have 28 days in which to obtain a full refund. You can return your items either by post or through our FREE collections service.

 

By post - please use the following returns address: Atterley Road, C/O Clipper Logistics, Etheridge Avenue, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BB, United Kingdom. We will refund your order on receipt of the goods. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of postage. Unfortunately at this time we will not be able to refund the postage costs.

 

By collection service - You can arrange a FREE collection through our courier provider DHL. Please visit http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/mail.html to find your local DHL telephone number. Please quote account number 955206618 to book in a collection time at your convenience.

Order Cancellations

There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order dependent on what delivery option you have chosen:
UK Next Day/Same Day Delivery - 15 minutes after completing your order.
UK Standard Delivery - 60 minutes after completing your order.
If you still wish to cancel your order you will need to phone our customer service helpline (Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm GMT) or if it is out of office hours you will need to email us so we can pick this up the next working day. Unfortunately if the above options are no longer available for you our Customer Care team will be unable to cancel your order. You can however return your order to us free of charge on receiving it.
